Ralph Poynter What's Happening and The Cochran Firm Fraud

Paragraph 1 of 3: ANNOUNCEMENT - I was told tonight's episode of "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" show may be Poynter's last episode on the "Human Rights Demand" channel because of interference by #hackers. If the show moves, I will provide you with the new contact phone number. All other "Human Rights Demand" shows have already moved our live interviews to FreeConferenceCall.com because of continuous interference experienced at Blogtalk, and we then upload the mp3 files at BlogTalkRadio. I also upload the shows onto flash drives and my cloud service as well as to the Blogtalkradio archive.

Paragraph 2 of 3: ‪#Censorship‬ in the USA is such that one may be required to make dual recordings, which we may also begin doing. One friend of mine, who is also a ‪#‎TI‬, records at TalkShoe, Blogtalkradio, and her conference call simultaneously. When hackers attack participants' phone directly, these measures do not help. Hear a sample: an interview I conducted with another #CochranFirmFraud victim whose daughter was reportedly killed by the doctor who delivered her. The baby's father and mother were awarded $100k by the hospital - West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange -- but The Cochran Firm kept over 90 percent, all but $8,000, according to the unfortunate plaintiff who relied on The Cochran Firm frauds. Our recording at FreeConferenceCall experienced significant interference (probably through the phone lines), just as most of our "Human Rights Demand" shows do at Blogtalkradio. Mr. Coleman joined me on Nov 22, but the hackers attacked the phone connection. Hear us at https://fccdl.in/fXYwGyqnr if you are allowed to listen.

Paragraph 3 of 3. I will be glad when the lawyers' TM trial begins on January 12. Maybe the censorship will cease when their trial ends. Mr. Coleman and I plan to create clearer interviews on both audio and video in person. People need to know to watch out for their #babies since elitists have use for babies' organs, and all legal consumers must be told to "Beware of Treacherous Lawyers: The Cochran Firm" (Google the article for many more victims, most of whom sued, but the #media refused to report the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm alleging fraud, racism, malpractice, and RICO Act racketeering). The media has not even reported that The Cochran Firm is presently appealing a USDC order stating that it is not fit to be called "a law firm." Defrauding clients may provide a way to be paid well (by clients' defendants) for withholding legal services.

Wed. 9pmPST at NNIA1 (weekly) Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill  In America, 1.25 million mentally ill people are incarcerated. Mon. 12noonPST at NNIA1 (weekly) - "Is a lawyer in the house?" People who need legal representation state their cases in civil and criminal matters. Our guest for April 6 is another victim of The (Johnny) Cochran Firm fraud. He alleges the law firm defrauded him and worked behind his back for his defendant. The cancer survivor hired the deviant Cochran Firm attorneys to file lawsuit against his doctor, who misdiagnosed his disease and allowed his cancer to reach stage 3. He seeks an attorney to file a malpractice lawsuit against his corrupt attorneys who deliberately threw the fight for justice against his negligent former doctor.

Tue. 12pmPST at NNIA1 (weekly) - Dorothy Mackey, Human Rights Advocate, reveals shocking information about child endangerment, military sexual assaults, and other human rights issues (Google her). Thur. 9pmEST April 16 - AIMI vs. USA" (NNIA1) claimant Steven Albers gives testimony at 9pmEST at NNIA1. Call (818)572-2947. He was court-ordered into a mental hospital at age 22 and has been hospitalized and incarcerated several times since then. Albers was brutalized by police during an arrest, which resulted in a serious head injury. Albers said that in order to cover up the brutality, he was charged with resisting arrest. He was then incarcerated in the Florida prison system for 4.5 years. He was brutalized by a Florida corrections officer while in custody, who broke his hip. He now has a prosthetic hip and walks with a limp. Albers was in solitary confinement for over two years. He has paranoid schizophrenia.
APRIL 2, 2015: Thur. 6pmPST at NNIA1 - Ms. Taylor, a children's advocate from Memphis, Tennessee, will be our special guest. The Shelby County Jail continues to violate citizens' rights 12 years after the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, this station director's mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered there on August 1, 2003. Children incarcerated in the jail as adults suffered neglect and brutality. The Department of Justice investigated, and the USA entered yet another Agreement with that "correctional" facility. Yet Memphis officials refused to issue a resolution supporting the United Nations' Declaration of the Rights of a Child when Ms. Taylor made that simple request.

Fridays are usually reserved for special broadcasts and open mic night. Friday programs at NNIA1 are not presently scheduled for every week but will be announced (if/when shows are scheduled) at Mary Neal's pages on Facebook, Google+ (MaryLovesJustice Neal), and Twitter under the @koffietime account as well as in this schedule.

**NEW** Monthly AIMI Volunteers Conference. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) has advocated for the human and civil rights of mentally challenged individuals and their families since 2007. AIMI offers volunteer positions for students, unemployed persons, and retirees who wish to enhance their resumes and/or devote themselves to a meaningful part-time career as a human rights advocate to decriminalize mental illness in America. Mental illness and drug/alcohol dependencies affect people of all races and socioeconomic classes in America; therefore, our volunteers include people of all races, educational levels, and backgrounds. "Whomsoever will, come." Conferences are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. PST on the first Saturday of each month, immediately after the "AIMI vs. USA" claimants conference. (AIMI conferences scheduled for April will move to the second weekend, April 11 and 12, because the first weekend of April is Easter.)
